RESTORATIVE LEARNING COMMUNITY

One of our deepest needs as people is community. We created our Small Groups to give you a way to both learn and cultivate relationships through conversation and connection. Groups are between 4-8 weeks long and have limited space to ensure intimacy and potency. They are an affordable way to do good work in good company. Prices begin at $250.

  • A group for boys and girls in 5th grade to explore their internal experience and build skills and resources to support their wellbeing and relationships. This 4-week experience will explore the physical sensations, thoughts, feelings, and relationship dynamics that arise in real-life scenarios at school, home, or in extracurricular activities. Through fun and therapeutic activities, the kids will build skills to more intentionally respond, rather than to automatically react, to what they experience.

Everything works like it should, and you get to marvel at what a human can do. So let’s help you develop athlete-level emotional fitness!

  • A 6-week group experience led by Radical Wellness Somatic and Embodiment Coach Aurora Allen

To move well is to live well. The body holds patterns connected to the stories, stressors, and traumas of our lives. Movement is the medicine to shift stuckness both physically and metaphorically so we can return to a felt sense of aliveness. What does it feel like to move well in your body? Discover movement through a new lens that connects anatomical alignment principles with somatic therapeutic practices in this experiential 6-week group. In addition to the group sessions, Aurora will lead optional weekly nervous system focused yoga practice at no additional cost to participants. Join us to learn how Movement may be Medicine for you.

  • A 5-week group experience led by MFT and Radical Wellness Founder Elyse Snipes

    Cost: $350

Each week we will linger on a specific direction, concept and question. We will move through our time together with a combination of learning, meditation, reflection and conversation. The medicine wheel is a symbolic journey, one that moves through a complete cycle from awareness to action, allowing us to both be in the story and outside the story.

Week One - South: How are you still clinging to events from the past?

Week Two - West: Notice which relationships are toxic and drain your energy

Week Three - North: Do you know your passion and show it?

Week Four - East: Visualize how you want to live the next chapter of your life

Week Five - Outside the wheel: Step outside the wheel and contemplate your journey.

Follow up invitation - individual session to do a medicine wheel card reading. ($175) This individual session would be time for us to meet together privately and reflect together on your journey through the medicine wheel. We would then do a specific medicine wheel card reading to both deepen and expand your experience of the group. I will send you all related images, meanings and invitations for further reflection.

  • A 4-week process group led by Radical Wellness Associate Therapist Lisa Casey

Unmet childhood needs, especially of not feeling unconditional love and safety, can cause trauma that follows us into adulthood and have lasting impacts on our self-esteem, relationships with others, our vocation, our purpose, our psyche, our soul.

Often our inner child needs lie in our subconscious, buried deep in our memories. This four-week process group has been designed to connect with the subconscious material our inner child holds and to repair through self-discovery, exploration, reparenting and claiming the needs of our younger self.

Mindfulness, challenging cognitive distortions, connecting to pleasant childhood imagery, and education into our neurobiology, are some of the techniques and strategies you will get to learn and explore.

****Each group member will have an individual history taken prior to the group beginning, so those who feel more vulnerable can feel like they can disclose only what they want to share.

  • A 4-week group experience led by Creativity and Divinity Coach Bonnie Lewis

Life is full of big emotions, and having tools can help us navigate our true feelings under them all. As kids grow into their tween and teenage years, it can be confusing to navigate the changing hormones, messages from peers and society, pressure for good grades and everything else in between.

This class will teach simple meditation techniques to help your child slow down and be more in touch with their emotions, and to turn back to the self when they are trying to figure out who they are and how they fit in the world.

Week 1: How to Reset the Day

Week 2: Understanding our Big Feelings

Week 3: Mindful Eating for Energy

Week 4: Finding the Beauty in Everything

  • A 4-week group experience led by Creativity and Divinity Coach Bonnie Lewis

As women, we have historically been told to look for answers in other people and authoritative figures. From our spiritual journeys to the way we show up in the home or the workplace, we have been given a certain formula of how to do things.

But what happens when this formula contradicts the voice inside? Is that voice reliable, can we trust it? Or, how do we know what it is saying?

In this 4-week course, we will dive into meditation tools and techniques, an understanding of the patriarchy and how it reveals itself in culture and in ourselves, and tools to choose a different path with confidence and peace. By the end of the group, you will be able to identify how the Patriarchy shows up in society and inside yourself, how to utilize different types of meditation techniques to write a new narrative for yourself, and how to recognize and listen confidently to the sacred voice within.

Here is a weekly breakdown of what you can expect in this four week course. Each week we will also learn and practice a new meditation technique.

Week 1: Subtle Ways the Patriarchy Shows Up in Society

Week 2: Feminine Archetypes in History, Literature, and Religion

Week 3: Hearing Patriarchy in You and Trusting the Voice Inside

Week 4: Taking the Road Less Traveled: The Heroine’s Journey

  • A 5-week group experience led by MFT and Radical Wellness Founder Elyse Snipes

Registration now open for September 7th- October 5th, Wednesdays from 12:00-1:15 PM PST

This group is for mothers willing to look at both what is working and what isn’t working so we can stop repeating patterns and create a new story of radical motherhood. Each week we will explore practical tools and resources you can use to untangle yourself from your stuck places. We will look at our relationship to anger, sadness, calm, joy, individuation and togetherness as it pertains to both how we were mothered and how we are mothering. The goal for this group is to turn the light on to all that we have access to, our ability to do it differently, to receiving support, and live into the type of motherhood you imagined for yourself.
